Is the IDR 250.000 consultation really credited?

Yes. The fee is credited to the first treatment you book on the same visit. If you do not book a treatment, the consultation is paid as is.

Do I need a referral?

No. Book directly on WhatsApp. A dermatologist will review your skin on the day of your visit.

Are the products BPOM-registered?

Every product we use for treatment or home care is registered with BPOM. You can ask the team for the registration number of any product.

How long until I see results?

Most plans run six weeks before the first review. Results vary with skin type, consistency and the plan you choose.

Can I come in if my skin is sensitive?

Yes. Tell the team when you book. The sensitive-skin protocols use low-irritant products and shorter sessions.
